The Pioneer (2,906sf) - The numerous porches on the multiple dramatic gable roof forms of The Pioneer give this cottage a distinct look with the two dormers giving the bedrooms added views out across the wooded landscape. This plan features a Master bedroom on the first floor. The views from the living areas are expansive out to the lakeside.
Sandy Creek (2,721sf) - This two-story cottage draws its inspiration from Maine coastal and lake architecture. The rooflines and wraparound porch give this home a comfortable sense of scale. The plan features open living areas with views on three sides and a stone fireplace helping to create this serene ambiance.
The Farmhouse (2,758sf) - Inspired by the rural farmhouses of Maine, this cottage has the unique feature of a screened porch open on three sides to capture summer breezes. An open porch faces the private views. A two-sided stone fireplace opens to living and dining rooms. The open floor plan allows you to experience the views from all living spaces.
The Cabins - Your lakeside cabin is sure to delight both you and your guests. It's rustic architecture is filled with a living space, a 3/4 bath, an optional porch and a bedroom.
